Welcome to the Shake A Leg Nation

This Site is dedicated to our transported FUR BABIES including their journey and stories!

We would like to thank all of our Fur Passengers, their Parents and Caregivers.

Lucky and Bailey

The Asher House

Lucky and Bailey had an amazing owner who deeply loved them. He received a devastating health diagnosis and realized he could no longer care for his fur babies. He reached out to the Asher House, who recommended us for transport. We worked with this amazing owner for months and, when the time was right, we picked up Lucky and Bailey to bring them to the Asher House. First, these babies needed some medical care, so we took them to their local vet to get their health certificates as well as get them UTD on their shots, and then we headed on the cross-country trip to Oregon and their new home at the Asher House. These two babies are now part of the Asher House Pack, and we are proud to be the transporter of choice for the Asher House!! We definitely do not take this privilege lightly.

Noodle

California High-Kill Shelter Dog

Samantha reached out to us via Citizen Shipper as she had fallen in love with a dog she found on the internet at one of the high-kill California shelters. Falling in love with a dog that’s in California when you’re located in Michigan can definitely be difficult, but we helped her to make it easier. She reached out to the shelter and worked with them for us to pick up Noodle. Upon pickup at the shelter, Noodle was in rough shape. Days from euthanasia, she was depressed and obviously overbred and dumped in the streets of LA. Once we got a hold of her, we treated her like the Princess she is. She got tons of affection, treats and belly rubs. We showed her that she was special and deserved to be loved. Once we delivered her to Samantha, I could see that she was going to have the best life!! I still call to check in on Noodle as she will always hold a special place in our hearts. She is finally living the life she deserves with Samantha.

Samson

The Large Great White Pyrenees

Samson is a large and beautiful baby full of love and affection. We were told by his owner that Samson was reactive to men and didn’t warm up to them, but when Samson’s eyes met Chris’s, they immediately clicked. Samson gave Chris daily kisses and in return, Samson got lots of treats, love and belly rubs. As with all the large breed dogs, we always use a double slip lead for safety, however, Samson wasn’t going anywhere. He was treated like royalty and delivered safely to his owner from Connecticut to San Diego. We loved Samson and were sad to see him go but getting him there happy and healthy is our number one priority!!
